I was so excited to make these cute cupcakes. Since I was a little girl, I've been fascinated with dolphins and that sweet look they seem to have on their face. I tried to capture that "look" in these fondant sculpted dolphins. Mixing a few colors together gave me the perfect marbled appearance for more realistic sea turtles and shells. I also worked in a little texture on the starfish to really bring them to life. Each ocean treasure sat atop a blend of blue, green, and white icing,... sprinkled with shiney pearl candies and a little edible sparkle. Happy Birthday!
