What's cuter than this adorable little snowman cupcake?.......
...... 47 of his closest friends! These are a lot of fun to make, and so festive for the season. We made these up to surprise two classes at a local elementary school. My daughter is on the Special Olympics team, and these classes have adopted her as their Pen Pal. They've sent sweet letters of encouragement, so we thought we'd send them some "sweets".
His head is a large marshmallow. I used a black food coloring pen for the details on the face, and icing for the carrot nose. The matching scarf and hat are made with icing, with an extra large silver dragee to top it off. Living here in Texas, this is about as close as we'll get to a real snowman this year. Happy Holidays!
