Goooooo.... COUGARS! This was a fun one to carve. Four layers of cake, a knife, and a little time. What do you get? The perfect cake for a football fan! It's covered in my almond icing and carefully smoothed for that crisp helmet look. Blue faceguard and "Y" emblem are hand molded from fondant. Of course, you couldn't have a helmet without football, so I added that little accent to finish off the look.
