STRIKE!!!..... Loved making this cake! This was a surprise cake from the bride to her new hubby. She was going to sneak one of his "300" rings away from him and place it on the handmade fondant ring stand. Unfortunately the wedding was a few hours away, so I had to send all the pieces seperately for them to arrange when they arrived. I'll post pictures of the final cake as soon as I get pictures. Can't wait to see it!!
The cake is all icing. I tried out some techniques to get the wood grain look for the lane. Pins, bowling ball, and ring stand are all fondant.
