Hurray for the Red, White and Blue!

An all American cake for an All American boy! Covered in icing with fondant stars, red stripes, and "name tag". Hand sculpted fondant firecrackers and giant firework adorn the top,... because what's a patriotic party without fireworks? Although I was thrilled with how this cake looked on the outside,...
... I was even more excited with the inside. "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America,...". How blessed we all are to live in this great country! Happy Red, White & Blue day, Kyle!

Bright and Cheery First Birthday

Perfect cake for a perfect First Birthday! I just love how it's so bright and cheery, fun and a little whimsical. All icing except for a fondant "name tag" and hand sculpted fondant cupcake with candle and flame, matching the cute little cupcake on the birthday girl's invitation. The bonus is that after the party, it can be saved as a keepsake! The flowers mimic another design used at the party as well. This one brought a smile to my face, and hopefully to little Audrie as well. Happy Birthday!

Wedding Day Bliss

This ivory wedding cake is covered in icing with delicate scrolled piping to mimic the detail on the bride's dress. The hand sculpted fondant bow finishes it off perfectly. If you are wondering, there aren't two wedding cakes,... just one and a mirror. : )

Graduation... Then & Now

Graduating high school and heading off to college,.... oh those we're the days! Both school logos were hand cut out of fondant, and a little red icing to finish up the look on Texas Tech. And of course, some hand painted fondant soccer balls for this soccer team member. Congratulations Mikhail!
